I graduated from the University of Otago in 2010 and started my General Practice training at the end of 2013. I have subsequently been awarded my GP Fellowship in 2017. General Practice has been a thoroughly enjoyable and fulfilling career for me. It was since I became a GP that I truly appreciated the continuity of care for patients; equally important are the connections I build with them. I love all aspects of General Practice and I also have a special interest in Child Health that urged me to complete a postgraduate diploma in Child Health. After becoming a mother, it has made me even more attracted to this area of Medicine. I enjoy music and dancing, and also spending time with my family, including looking after my daughter and my pet Siberian husky.
I am also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
I look forward to meeting you.
